Co-Founder and CEO
Software industry veteran Chris Caldwell serves as the president and CEO of LockPath and leads the corporate direction and product vision. He leverages his experience serving as the vice president of products and marketing for GRC provider Archer Technologies, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC, in 2010.
Caldwell was the president and COO of PPM Information Solutions, where he transformed the healthcare software company into a market-leading provider of practice management products and services. As a partner for the interactive firm, VML, Inc., he developed innovative software products and services, such as Seer™, which positioned the organization to be acquired by media conglomerate WPP in 2001.
Co-Founder and CTO
Chris Goodwin brings more than 15 years of enterprise software design and development experience to his role as CTO of LockPath, where he is responsible for all research and development. Goodwin previously served as the product architect of the Archer SmartSuite Framework and managed the R&D team of Archer Technologies, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC, in 2010.
Prior to launching LockPath, he served as the CTO of PPM Information Solutions and led the development and execution of the industry changing Connect™ platform, for which he has several patents pending. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership and technical positions at ATG, NetSales, Saepio and Sprint PCS.
With more than a decade of architecture and development experience, Tim Norman currently serves as the chief architect for LockPath. Norman has led the architecture and development of numerous data-driven solutions across a wide range of disciplines including health care, real estate and security. Prior to joining LockPath, Norman led the architecture and execution of the Connect™ platform at PPM Information Solutions, for which he has several patents pending.
Previously, Norman was a principal technologist and architect at Archer Technologies (now part of RSA), where he was responsible for the research, design and implementation of the entire collaborative arm of the award-winning Archer SmartSuite Framework, which included the portal, dashboard and reporting framework.
Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Channels
Wyatt Cobb’s decade of global sales and business development experience includes a proven track record in leading sales and channel teams into new markets. He also brings expertise in cloud, hardware, and software-based cybersecurity analysis as well as audit and compliance solutions as he helps create opportunities for LockPath and its channel partners to increase field and customer engagement. Wyatt most recently worked at FireMon where he managed enterprise and channel sales and implemented the company’s first global channel partner program. He began his career at iModules Software as a sales and marketing executive where he helped rapidly accelerate growth and launched the company’s international business unit.
Vice President, Services
With more than 20 years as a recognized leader in the professional services industry, Dennis Keglovits leads LockPath’s support, education and professional services’ teams – all designed to assist clients in the deployment and on-going maintenance of their GRC platform. Previously, Keglovits served in regional and national leadership roles for international consulting firms, tasked with orchestrating collaborative work environments to deliver creative solutions that add value. He was awarded multiple national achievement awards for his work related to large project management and product development. Throughout his career, Keglovits has worked with clients across industries, including some of the world’s most established brands.
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Chris Geisert is responsible for LockPath’s strategic market development, brand promotion and external communications. Geisert brings more than 20 years of marketing and brand development experience to LockPath and has extensive experience helping early-stage companies achieve brand awareness. Among his past positions, Geisert served as director of brand promotions for America Online, vice president of marketing and managing director for Tradebot Ventures, and vice president of marketing for XIKAR, the world’s leading cigar accessory company. His experience also includes three years with Kansas City based full service agency Barkley, where he led an integrated team creating marketing solutions for clients such as Build-A-Bear Workshop.
Vice President, Finance
Brian Dillbeck brings demonstrated expertise in leading companies through periods of rapid financial growth to his role as Vice President of Finance at LockPath. He was previously the director of financial planning and analysis and division controller for American Italian Pasta Company, a Division of Ralcorp Holdings.
While at AIPC, Dillbeck helped the company gain market visibility through a strong investor relations program supported by solid financial reporting and audit preparation. Under his guidance, AIPC was purchased in 2011 by Ralcorp Holdings for $1.2 billion. Prior to AIPC, Mr. Dillbeck held accounting and finance positions with JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services.
Vice President, Client and Partner Operations
Melanie Ekeland brings her unique leadership style, a special blend of respect, responsibility, discipline and humor, to her role as Vice President, Client and Partner Operations. She oversees all customer/partner contracts and legal negotiations, manages corporate compliance reporting, as well as represents LockPath in negotiating strategic partner initiatives.
Prior to LockPath, Ekeland spent more than a decade at DST Systems, where she honed her negotiating skills in a strategic sourcing manager role by focusing on enterprise-wide strategic planning and maximizing corporate efficiency and profitability. Her capstone was international experience in developing standards, policies, and procedures within their new global operations.

Faced with increasing challenges to manage regulatory compliance challenges at the federal, state, local, and client level, Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS) needed to prove they had a robust Compliance Management system. CRFS’s use of the LockPath Keylight Platform helped the company demonstrate a more efficient and effective compliance program while saving $500K annually.
The Keylight Platform helped Surescripts save an estimated $30K per risk by improving collaboration and communication across the organization while reducing overhead costs. Because of this, LockPath was honored with the GRC 20/20 Value Award for IT GRC.
LockPath was recognized as a visionary in the Gartner 2016 Magic Quadrant for Operation Risk Management. The Keylight Platform was recognized for its ability to address multiple risk management functions as well as its reporting capabilities. This was the first year of quadrant inclusion for LockPath.
