OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS — Lockpath, a leader in innovative governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and information security (InfoSec) solutions today announced it has been recognized in Gartner, Inc.’s Magic Quadrant for Business Continuity Management Planning (BCMP)* report. This is the first year of quadrant consideration for Lockpath after entering the BCMP market in 2013.
The report evaluated Lockpath’s Keylight™ platform and its unique approach to integrating business continuity planning functionality into business processes leveraging GRC best practices. This holistic approach, coupled with Keylight’s patent-pending Dynamic Content Framework and innovative advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, support a streamlined, risk-based and proactive business continuity program.
Lockpath works closely with their customers to define features and functionality for their product roadmaps. This collaboration led to the release of Keylight’s business continuity functionality in 2013 and continues to drive product evolution. Since its launch in Oct. 2010, Keylight has expanded from a risk and controls management tool to a comprehensive GRC and information security program management system. Keylight’s capabilities include policy and procedure management, risk assessment and mitigation, threat and vulnerability management, incident remediation, third-party assessment and audit preparation in addition to its business continuity offerings.
“We are thrilled to be included in Gartner’s latest research in our first year of consideration,” said Chris Goodwin, Chief Technology Officer at Lockpath. “We’ve been heads-down working with numerous Fortune 500 companies to create and evolve our BCM product during the last 18 months and are proud to have the leading analyst firm recognize our efforts. We’re looking forward to continuing our rapid pace of innovation by including feedback from both customers and analysts during the coming months.”
